BUN is a sandwich shop on the Nieuwe Binnenweg that likes to make everything itself. All buns are homemade and fresh: new dough is made every day and formed into the iconic BUN shape. The buns rise during the night and in the morning they are baked in our stone oven. After that the buns are richly topped and grilled to order, so that they go over the counter nice and warm. As far as possible we make everything ourselves with good ingredients. You won't easily find the sandwich that you get at BUN anywhere else.
